1.Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
• This candidate need to set up the marketing team, and direct to run the overall market in overseas: product marketing ,marketing events, and marketing strategy planning
• Coordinate with our sales team to explore the overseas market.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in English, marketing, business, photoelectric or equivalent. Master degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in overseas market expansion.
• Experience using online marketing technology and methods including database marketing. Previous responsibility managing marketing strategies and tactics for a complete product line and/or market segment is required.
• Understands the pros and cons of various marketing vehicles including optimizing use of web initiatives, direct mail, seminars/events, collateral, and sales tools for each program developped
• Fluent in English.

2. Optical Coating Engineer

Key Responsibilites
• Design and develop thin-film optical coatings used in optics fabrication.
• Design and conduct experiments to develop new capabilities, increase yield, and reduce cost for thin-film optical coatings used in wafer-level optical devices.
• Solve production and equipment problems, improve process controls,
• Seek to continuously improve products and processes through on-going analysis.
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. Masters Degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in optical coatings process development. The desired candidate will have wafer process development experience, including:
• Basic understanding of semiconductor and/or optical device wafer fabrication
• Proficiency in design of experiments and statistical data analysis
• Experience with process tuning and successful transfer into manufacturing.
Skills
• Analytical, organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to initiate and manage technical projects.
• A strong multi-tasker; self-starter with broad technical aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills.
• Some travel will be required; domestic and international
